Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings

• Perform admission duties, including completing assessments, documenting medical records, and reviewing physician orders

• Manage discharges, ensuring timely completion of documentation and notification of healthcare providers

• Provide wound care, adhering to protocols and guidelines

• Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs), promoting compliance with facility policies and protocols

• Respond effectively to emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
