Complete Care is looking for dependable, energetic, and caring Dietary Aides to join our Food Services team. If you enjoy working with seniors and helping provide nutritious meals in a warm, supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in enhancing our residents' daily lives by ensuring meals are prepared, served, and delivered with care. Every meal is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager and Food Service Director with daily kitchen operations

• Prepare and serve meals under the direction of the cook or Food Service Director

• Deliver meal carts to resident units on schedule

• Clean food preparation areas, dining areas, dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment

• Stock food and supplies while monitoring inventory levels

• Dispose of food waste and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection control, and compliance standards

• Adhere to all facility policies and federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous dietary aide, food service, restaurant, healthcare, nursing home, or rehabilitation experience is preferred

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service
