As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our residents and guests

• Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to ensure a high level of cleanliness and maintenance

• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless delivery of services, including maintenance, dietary, and recreational programs

• Monitor and control department expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance and identifying opportunities for cost savings

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance resident satisfaction and safety
