Job Summary

BrightCare HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of highly trained and competent staff members. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring, lifting, and positioning clients

• Support clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Encourage and promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being of clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client care services and observations

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of personalized care plans

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients of varying weights and sizes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic documentation systems

• High school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
