CareDiem Home Care is hiring compassionate, skilled Caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. If you love caring for others and want to be supported and appreciated, we want you! We are looking for someone interested in 2hr shifts 5 days a week. This will be to assist client with personal care in the Chicago Ridge area.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)

• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention

• Meal prep & light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship & safety supervision

• Use care app to clock in/out and document care

Requirements

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private)

• CNA/HHA preferred but not required

• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization

• TB test, background check, drug screen

• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Comfortable with smartphone apps
