About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients

• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field

• Current OT licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
