We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) to join our school team to work in schools all over Ocean County NJ.

About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP)Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing physical therapy or speech language pathology services to patients in their homes or schools, including evaluation, treatment, and communication with patients and families

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Documenting patient progress and communicating with patients and families regarding treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
