We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Clerk to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare facility on Staten Island, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents and their loved ones, ensuring their overall well-being and satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a Dietary Clerk to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen while making a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives.

Full Time 9a-5p

Daily pay

Rate $18/Hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide dietary services in accordance with company guideline, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• Prepares and maintains patients’ dietary histories as part of their nutritional care and overall treatment plans.

• Records current diet plans prescribed by the physician as well as modified diet orders written by the physician.

• Regularly prepares a census showing the number of patients under each diet plan available.

• Other duties as assigned.

Dietitian Skills:

•   Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:

•   High school graduate or equivalent.

•   Graduate of Dietetic Assistant/Technician Program preferred.

•   One (1) year food service experience preferred.

•   Basic knowledge of normal and therapeutic nutrition

•   Successful completion of site personnel general orientation.

•   Successful completion of department specific orientation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50lbs

• Must be able to bend, lift, transport equipment.

• Must be able to use a computer.
