Qualifications:

• MUST have 2-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long term care business development
• Proven track record of driving census growth and building referral pipelines
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong relationships within the Oklahoma healthcare market 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business development strategy across the Oklahoma market
• Drive census growth and referral development across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key referral sources
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to identify growth opportunities
• Partner closely with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on performance goals
• Support new facility integrations, program development, and service line expansion
• Maintain a strong presence in the field, including hospital visits and partnership meetings
