Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee all HR functions and support our growing healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

• Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation

• Oversee benefits administration and personnel records

• Support managers with performance management

• Coordinate orientations and staff development

Qualifications

• Previous HR leadership experience

• Healthcare or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
