About the Role:

As a Home Infusion RN with Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses, you'll provide specialty infusion nursing care in patients' homes, following the plan of care and applicable clinical protocols. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering and monitoring specialty therapies such as IVIG, Remicade, enzyme replacement therapies, and biologics

• Assessing patients before, during, and after infusions, and communicating relevant changes to the appropriate care team

• Educating patients and caregivers about their care and providing emotional support

• Coordinating with specialty pharmacy and other care team partners

• Using your clinical judgment and infusion expertise to provide attentive, individualized care

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license

• Recent experience with specialty infusion therapies, such as IVIG, Remicade, enzyme replacement therapy, or biologics

• Experience in an infusion clinic, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion setting

• Strong IV skills, sound clinical judgment, and clear communication

• Ability to work independently in patients' homes while staying connected with the care team

• Thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care
