What SYNERGY HomeCare Requires:

• Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifying events

• Have authorization to work in the US

• Be Reliable

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be Kind, Courteous and Compassionate

• Ability to work with cognitive impairment

• Ability to provide assistance with all ADL’s

• Available to work at least one weekend a month

• Reliable transportation
