Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 4 AM Mobile Phlebotomist to work on a contract basis with our team in Harford County, Maryland. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in their homes or in nursing facilities, working early morning shifts, and ensuring that all samples are handled and transported with the utmost care. This is a part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience and a certificate-level education.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients in their homes or in nursing facilities
• Conduct venipuncture and capillary puncture procedures
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood samples
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and samples collected
• Work early morning shifts, typically from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and comfort during the phlebotomy process
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
• Certificate-level education in Phlebotomy or a related field
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Certification in Phlebotomy or a related field (e.g., CPT, APT, or RCP)
