Location: Bayside, NY 11361

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a patient, compassionate HHA/PCA with experience caring for individuals with dementia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care

• Monitor well-being and ensure safety

• Support family with dementia-related care needs

Requirements:

• Certified HHA/PCA

• Prior dementia care experience strongly preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail
