About the RN Registered Nurse Role:

As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans. RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes

• Perform routine vital signs, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed

• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and preventive measures

• Document patient information and maintain accurate records
