We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a PTA, you will work closely with our Physical Therapy team to provide high-quality patient care and support the rehabilitation process for our residents. Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans

• Conduct therapy sessions under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patient progress and report findings to Physical Therapists

• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare team members

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
