Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the dietary operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

• Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and housekeeping personnel

• Develop and implement menus and meal plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents

• Conduct food safety inspections and maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas

• Monitor inventory and manage food supplies, ensuring that we are providing the highest quality of food and service to our residents

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and care

• Partner with our healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans that incorporate nutritional needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification

• 1 years of experience in dietary management or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
