About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in the daily care of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized attention, support, and rehabilitation services to help residents achieve their goals. Your strong communication skills, compassion, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulating, and transferring residents

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
