Qualifications & Experience Requirements for RN/LPN Unit Manager:

• Previous experience as a RN/LPN Unit Manager preferred
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must hold a current Maryland LPN or RN License
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
