Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing unit, including staffing, scheduling, and resources allocation
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team
• Monitor and improve quality of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and other team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and professional growth

What You Bring:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Nevada
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an LPN, with at least 1 year in a unit management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on our community
