DIR Floortime Clinical Supervisor (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time (W2) or Part-Time/Per Diem (1099)

Schedule: Flexible hours (Must be available at least 2 evenings until 6:00 PM or 1 evening until 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced DIRFloortime Clinical Supervisors to join our growing team! In this fully remote role, you will provide essential clinical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to both families and our DIRFloortime providers.

We are currently hiring for two types of supervisory roles based on your credentials and experience: Qualified Health Professionals (QHP) and Advanced Floortime Therapists (AFT).

Requirements

• Must hold an active Advanced DIRFloortime Certificate and possess strong mentorship skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and reflective supervision skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• For QHP Role: Must hold an active license as a Qualified Health Professional (e.g., SLP, OT, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.) in the state of New Jersey.

Schedule & Availability

• Flexible Hours: Set your own schedule during the week!

• Evening Requirement: To meet the needs of our clients and staff, you must be available to work at least two nights until 6:00 PM OR one night until 7:00 PM.
