About the Role:

As a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. In this full-time position, you will be expected to:

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to every patient

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide mentorship and guidance to our nursing staff, fostering a culture of support and professional growth

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• A valid Pennsylvania RN license

• Experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in leadership or management preferred
