Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervising agency

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and education

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly and disabled individuals

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
