Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Coordinate Admission and Admissions assessments

• Provides high-quality patient care, overseeing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care services

• Fosters a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among staff members

• Coordinates and participates in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes

• Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective facility operations

• Serves as a mentor and resource to staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborates with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuum of care for patients

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
