Gardens of Belden Village is seeking a dependable and experienced PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!

We are specifically looking for a PT who can provide consistent PRN coverage and serve as a supervising Physical Therapist for our therapy team. This is a great opportunity for a clinician looking to establish regular PRN hours while working with a supportive team in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Ohio

• Consistent PRN availability

• Ability and willingness to serve as a supervising PT

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred

• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills

• Dependable, organized, and resident-focused

• Comfortable completing evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and other required PT documentation

• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
