As a Home Care Aide with our agency, you'll play a vital role in delivering non-medical support services that empower our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to our clients in Lake County and Porter County. Your work will involve:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting assistance)
• Homemaking (light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation)
• Companionship and social engagement
• Medication reminders (non-administration)
• Safety monitoring and documentation
• Support with mobility and daily routines

What You Bring:

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Experience in caregiving (professional or personal) within the last three years
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation; Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect

Salary: $15 - $19 HOURLY
