As a startup organization, this role will initially focus heavily on community outreach, relationship building, and business development efforts to help grow awareness and referrals throughout the community. As the organization grows and clients begin services, this position will gradually transition into a blended role that includes both direct ABA services and outreach responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up while gaining experience in both clinical and leadership-focused responsibilities. As the organization grows, high performers will have opportunities for professional growth and advancement into senior or leadership roles.

Startup Phase (Pre-Caseload)

• During the initial startup phase, responsibilities will primarily focus on outreach and community engagement.

• Help increase awareness of in-home ABA services within the local community
• Support referral tracking and lead follow-up efforts

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
