About the Role:

BrightCare Home Care is growing rapidly and we are looking for top-tier Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our elite team. As a Caregiver-Ville Platte, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients’ homes, including personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, light housekeeping and meal prep, companionship, and emotional support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing

• Assist with mobility and transfer activities

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

• Provide care to seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience

• CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver

• Positive attitude and genuine heart for service

• Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, consistent

• Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out

• Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting

• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
