LPN Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments under supervision and according to physician orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a Healthcare team
