• Provide companionship and personal care services to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and bathing and dressing as needed

• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being

• Work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care
