Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
