Job Summary

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our pediatric home health team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, helping children achieve greater independence and developmental success while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical team.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, sensory processing, and developmental outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment

• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and families regarding progress and care plans

Job Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License – Required

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation

• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health environment

• Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

• Location: Greensboro, NC 27410

• Compensation: $65 - $80 per hour

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours

  • Day and evening shifts available

  • Monday through Friday

  • Weekend availability as needed
