As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our senior residents by providing personalized care and support. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom

• Assist with medication management, including administration and monitoring

• Help residents with mobility and transportation needs

• Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with residents to promote socialization and mental stimulation

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of experience in personal care or a related field

• Ability to lift, transfer, and support residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
