Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Medication Technician (Med Tech Cert) (CNA) to join our team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including personal care, hygiene, and meal assistance, in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor residents' responses to medications

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs

• Participate in resident care planning, identifying and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nurses

• Assist with transfers, lifts, and repositioning of residents, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Wisconsin

• Current Med Tech certification in the state of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as well as stand and walk for extended periods

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
