Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Record patient information, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including the upkeep of patient rooms and common areas
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients, as well as perform other physical tasks as needed
