Position Overview

We are hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Bennington, Vermont.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide compassionate, respectful, hands-on care

• Assist nursing staff with daily resident care

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Follow established care plans and facility procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence

Requirements

• Active Vermont LNA license, or eligibility for Vermont licensure

• NY and MA candidates are encouraged to apply

• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
