• Assisting healthcare professionals with patient exams, treatments, and procedures

• Collecting and processing laboratory specimens

• Administering medications and injections under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional

• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records

• Providing exceptional patient care and communication

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for exams and procedures

• Assist with EKGs, phlebotomy, and other procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant or related field

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
