Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication assistance, and supportive services

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support residents with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medical treatments

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida

• Prior experience in long-term care or a related setting is preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance, as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
