About the Role:

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Skilled Nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Supervising and mentoring the nursing staff, including training and educating them on best practices

• Conducting regular facility inspections and assessments to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including financial and patient records

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Illinois

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a Skilled Nursing facility setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
