RN/LPN Evening Supervisor Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while maintaining high-quality resident care.

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and staff concerns.

• Ensure residents receive safe, consistent, compassionate, and person-centered care.

• Promote compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Administrator.
