Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents and guests

Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dietary department and resident dining areas

Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special events and activities

Monitor and record food and supply inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff, ensuring a positive dining experience

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience and improve patient satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Basic math skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
