Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and medications

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
