About the Role

• Provide part-time speech-language therapy services to patients and residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation settings

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing deficits

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments using evidence-based practice and best clinical judgment

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field

• Certification: CCC (Certified Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist) or eligible for certification
