Position Summary

The On Site Home Care Scheduler will assist with coordinating caregiver schedules. This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for serving older adults and adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

As an On Site Home Care Scheduler, you will:

• Help coordinate caregiver schedules and client visits

• Communicate with caregivers regarding shift assignments, changes, and updates

• Assist with filling open shifts and handling call-offs

• Maintain accurate scheduling records

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

• Support daily office operations as needed

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred

• Scheduling or office experience preferred, but not required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
