Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities

• Conduct routine observations and assessments of patients, reporting any changes or concerns to theCharge Nurse

• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Provide education and support to patients and their families
