Job Summary:

Calvado Care, a leading provider of person-centered care, is seeking a highly experienced and organized Human Resources Director to support one of our newly acquired homes in the Buffalo area. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance and success of our facilities. If you possess a strong background in human resources, payroll, and compliance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Candidate must have long term care experience as well as payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities:

• weekly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

• Ensure the facility is compliant with federal and state laws, maintaining a strong reputation for Calvado Care

• Collaborate with the management team to implement company-wide policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• CHRC compliance

Requirements:

• Long-term healthcare experience required

• Strong knowledge of human resources law and compliance

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (n/a)

• Minimum 3 years of experience (n/a)
