Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse physical therapy needs

  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify goals, limitations, and potential barriers to successful treatment

  • Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to promote patient recovery and independence

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and obtain any necessary vaccinations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as well as push and pull equipment, up to 50 pounds
