What you'll do

• Run assessments and design individualized ABA programs for kids with ASD and related needs

• Make data-driven treatment decisions and adjust plans as kids progress

• Coach parents and caregivers so the skills carry over at home

• Work alongside families, RBTs, and our QA team

• Keep clean, accurate clinical documentation

What you bring

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)

• Master's in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

• Experience working with children with ASD

• Strong communication skills, comfortable working solo or with a team
