Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging activities and social programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents

• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and bathing, as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life

• Collaborate with the care team to identify and address individualized needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress

• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
