Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient progress

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising physician and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that patient care is consistently delivered with the highest level of quality and compassion

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact State

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• New graduates encouraged to apply!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and move patients as needed

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
